Do you auto-reply to negative reviews?

  • The default configuration is no.
  • ≤3★ reviews are never auto-posted. CARE™ hands off the details of the review to you or your team to manage.
  • Our CARE™ system can reply to all reviews if you wish, for a minimal cost. Additional setup time is required.

How can I get support after purchasing?

YES! You can email us anytime with your questions. In addition, all customers receive ongoing updates and improvements to their system.
